Senior Director of Strategic Finance

We’re hiring a Senior Director of Strategic Finance to drive growth and strategic decision‑making across Fullscript. You will help translate driver analysis into KPIs/operational targets and investment priorities, run the accountability cadence that turns strategy into measurable results, and shape the business’ performance narrative.

What You’ll Do

GM and cross‑functional strategic partnership

• Be the GM’s trusted finance partner. Partner closely with the GM and leaders across product, operations, supply chain to assign metrics to track performance and growth initiatives.
• Drive results. Collaborate with the GM to drive accountability and results across teams.
• Shape resource allocation. Provide financial insight to guide tradeoffs across initiatives, investments, and operational decisions.
