**Position Summary:** The Sr. Director, Marketplace Platform Reliability leads reliability, scalability, and operational excellence for the Global Marketplace Platform, supporting one of Walmart’s top strategic growth initiatives and a rapidly expanding international business expected to grow 30% YoY over the next several years. Marketplace is a complex ecosystem, and this role is responsible for protecting the experience of millions of customers purchasing 3P items, thousands of sellers participating in the Marketplace, and hundreds of operators globally.
