Position Overview
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Senior Director of SEA Field Operations (FO) manages and oversees social and labour compliance for all outsourced manufacturing activities within the designated region.Senior Director of SEA FO supports the Global Head/VP SEA in developing relevant strategies to manage social compliance and ensure business partners’ adherence to Workplace Standards within the designated region.Senior Director of SEA FO engages with stakeholders, including non-governmental and governmental organizations, within the designated region to further adidas’ goals, reputation, and transparency.
