**Job Description Summary:**
The Senior Director, Accounting is responsible for leading the global revenue recognition function and ensuring the integrity, scalability, and compliance of revenue accounting practices across the Organization. This role provides executive oversight of revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP (ASC 606), while partnering cross-functionally to support the company’s evolving business models.
In addition to maintaining strong financial control, this position plays a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives - including the transition from perpetual licensing to subscription-based models and the expansion of Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs).
