Job Description Summary:
The Senior Director, Planning, Design and Construction provides executive-level leadership, strategic direction, and technical oversight for the planning, design, entitlement, construction, and delivery of major capital improvement projects at Prince George’s Community College ( PGCC ). This position ensures that all capital projects align with the College’s master plan, support academic and operational priorities, and comply with state and local regulations, COMAR requirements, and funding guidelines.
