Position Overview
The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management of all Paid Search activity on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a point of escalation as needed.

Works closely with Head of Paid Search, develops and evangelises overall strategy and approach to the channelEnsures best practice and innovation in all Paid Search activitiesManages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issuesTypically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the teamManages and develops direct reports and is accountable for complete team developmentConducts forecasting for annual and monthly budgets and is responsible for growing account profitabilityContributes to new business development when required
