Proactively identify market participants and ecosystem contacts; and maintain contemporaneous records of any counterparty-initiated contact to evidence the absence of active solicitation.
Partner closely with Commercial and Business Development teams to share market intelligence and regulatory insights that inform Circle's pipeline strategy and market entry sequencing, with commercial agreement execution handled by offshore teams.
Coordinate with Product, Solutions, and Operations to relay market feedback and support compliant ecosystem engagement.
Track and report on market intelligence, regulatory developments, and stakeholder engagement activities to inform Circle's strategy.
