**Job Responsibilities**

**Payer Engagement, Medical Policy & Reimbursement**

+ Lead national and regional payer engagement, including interactions with medical directors and policy decision-makers.
+ Secure coverage, appropriate reimbursement, and reduce administrative barriers across commercial and government payers.
+ Translate payer policies, clinical utility expectations, and cost-effectiveness frameworks for internal stakeholders.

**Market Access Strategy & Leadership**

+ Develop and lead market access strategies aligned with commercial goals and product positioning.
+ Advice on reimbursement pathways, payer dynamics, and access risks/opportunities across pipeline and in-market tests
