**Position Overview**

The Sr. Director of Infrastructure Delivery Services is accountable for the end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution of large infrastructure programs and projects supporting retail, supply chain, and corporate functions. This role ensures infrastructure investments are delivered on time, on budget, and with high operational quality, whilst advancing platform modernization, resiliency, and cost optimization. This leader combines deep technical infrastructure expertise with strong program governance, portfolio management, vendor leadership, and financial acumen. The role requires an executive-level collaborator who can influence across IT and the business, challenge vendors and partners, and drive delivery excellence at enterprise scale.
