**Reporting directly to the India President** , this role will develop a clear view of the organization and talent needs and deploy talent strategies in support of Veralto’s **High Growth Market strategy in India.** This role will provide leadership on people related solutions, including organization design and assessment, talent planning, associate engagement/retention, DE&I, and culture. They will identify and address business challenges by going to Gemba, and leading and coaching leaders in PSP and functional Kaizen, etc.).

**This role is critical in the development of strategy to enable the High Growth Market strategy in India and will also provide HR Business Partnership support to Veralto Operating Companies (OpCos) in this country.
