The Sr. Director Human Resources is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing programs and policies including, but not limited to: staffing, compensation, benefits, immigrations and relocations, employee relations, training, succession planning, professional development, and health and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all Human Resources issues and provide prompt and accurate advice and direction to management on employee issues to ensure the consistent application of policies in compliance with legal requirements and company practice.
• Maintain familiarity with a variety of Alorica's concepts, practices, and procedures.
