Position Overview
The Senior Director, European Sales is responsible for leading a diverse team focused on consistently growing our revenue, delighting customers, and improving commercial execution in the European market. The team includes sales, customer service, solution engineers, and applications scientists, totaling 60 associates, with revenue responsibility over $60M.
In This Role
- Collaboratively develop, lead, and execute sales strategies and action plans to drive core growth and establish Molecular Devices as a domain expert in 3D biology screening.
