**Position Overview:**

Oversees Emergency Management, Environmental Health and Safety for a large healthcare system.

Develops a defensible, sustainable, and scalable Integrated Resiliency Program framework and strategy. Provides programmatic oversight of strategic and operational resiliency initiatives related to business continuity, emergency management, and the environment of care and assures integration with Disaster recovery. Directs and leads the team to design, deploy, execute and review operational resiliency processes. Processes include but not limited to: risk assessments, business impact analyses, emergency communication systems, drills and exercises, training and education, regulatory and accreditation requirements, disaster response and recovery and overall program maintenance.
