Position Overview

Senior Director, Data, Advanced Analytics & AI – Innovative Medicine (EMEA) within the Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT) organization. Responsible for defining and executing an AI‑first, product‑centric data strategy that transforms business priorities into scalable outcomes across EMEA. The role reports to the VP / Head of Technology, Innovative Medicine EMEA and has a dotted line to Global Data & AI Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an EMEA Data & AI roadmap, prioritizing scalable AI use cases across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and Supply Chain.
• Balance quick wins with foundational investments and track clear value metrics.
• Lead the deployment of machine learning, advanced analytics, and generative/agentic AI solutions.
• Drive emerging technologies adoption and ensure full AI lifecycle excellence, including monitoring and explainability.
