**Job Description Summary**
The Director - Business Development Finance is a senior finance executive responsible for driving the financial strategy, evaluation, and execution of the company’s business development initiatives. This role partners closely with the Business Development (BD) team and senior business leaders to assess and execute acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, strategic alliances, and other complex commercial opportunities.

Atlanta, GA and Cambridge, MA are preferred locations; however candidates willing to travel to these locations as required will also be considered.
