Overview:
Our client is an award-winning solutions provider dedicated to delivering mission-enabling technology and strategic solutions for their customers. They are seeking a strategic Senior Director, Business Development & Capture, to drive new business development, specifically targeting new accounts and sectors within the DoD (experience with Army clients is a plus). The ideal candidate will possess a bias toward action and a strong background in identifying, qualifying, and capturing opportunities, coupled with a capability to explain how technological products and solutions can address potential customer’s needs. In addition, this individual will manage the company’s Mentor Protégé and Joint Venture relationships. The primary goal is to foster business development, strengthen supply chains, and win federal contracts set aside for small businesses.
