**Role Description**

The Senior Director, AIN Manufacturing Lead is a key member of the Amgen India Capability Center (AIN) Site Leadership Team and a senior leader across the global Manufacturing network, accountable for standing up, scaling, integrating, and sustaining Manufacturing capabilities and services in India that support Amgen’s global Operations network. This role defines the Manufacturing vision, multi-year strategy, and phased capability roadmap for AIN, translating enterprise priorities into durable operating models, workforce plans, and scalable delivery capabilities that advance Amgen’s mission to serve patients.

This leader serves as the primary integration point between AIN-based Manufacturing teams and global Manufacturing stakeholders, ensuring AIN-delivered capabilities are fully embedded into enterprise standards, governance, and ways of working.
