Senior Director, AI Commercial Business Partner – Oncology Business Unit Europe & Canada

Location: Cambridge, UK or Barcelona, Spain.

• Own strategy and portfolio of new AI commercial programs in partnership with business teams.
• Serve as the single business owner for AI solutions within your therapy area, market or function.
• Maintain and sequence an AI roadmap aligned to business, medical, access and R&D priorities.
• Develop business cases and value narratives to support prioritization decisions.
• Translate business needs into well‑defined AI use cases with clear metrics and success criteria.
• Co‑lead delivery of AI solutions, overseeing pilot shaping, deployment, adoption, scaling and decommissioning.
