Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead the development and implementation of our AI, GenAI, and Agentic solutions delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with our Insurance Business teams, including Digital & Data, Business Operations and Product, to support the delivery of AI and Agent within our Insurance Technology platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI, GenAI, and Agentic systems roadmap, aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with Digital & Data Business partners, Business Operations, and Product teams to deliver AI and Agentic solutions that support our core systems, digital and data platforms, and third-party relationships.
