Position Overview
To support and execute digital communication strategies across all brands and product families by managing social media presence, digital engagement, online visibility, and content effectiveness while ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Brand Manager and Brand & Digital Lead in managing digital communication initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor digital sentiments, audience feedback, and online community engagement across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate with CRM teams for community management and customer engagement activities.
- Liaise with HRD regarding LinkedIn-related content, branding, and communication requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously update company websites and digital assets.
