Key Responsibilities-Own furnace processes and support ASM, TEL, and Bruce equipment performance-Drive process and equipment improvements to increase yield, throughput, and cost efficiency-Design, execute, and document experiments using sound engineering methods-Troubleshoot and resolve complex, time-sensitive production issues-Utilize data analysis and SPC techniques to guide decisions-Support daily lot disposition and process control in furnace operations-Identify and resolve tool performance shifts-Contribute to sustaining efforts, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
