Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and provide individualised nutrition support, counselling and education.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centred care across care settings.
- Apply evidence-based practice through critical thinking and sound clinical reasoning.
- Address medical, social and lifestyle determinants influencing nutrition and health outcomes.
- Support preventive health initiatives and chronic disease management programmes.
- Design, implement and evaluate community health and lifestyle programmes with key stakeholders.
- Empower individuals and groups to adopt sustainable, healthy lifestyle practices.
Requirements - Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.
