Responsibilities

• Take active part in production problem root‑cause investigation, identification, and resolution.
• Maintain, improve and troubleshoot core systems used by several teams, including Kafka, Zookeeper, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, ActiveMQ, Brooklin, etc.
• Implement preventive monitoring and define, implement and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
