Leads assigned development programs and collaborates across the Arkansas Children's Foundation team to execute strategies and tactics to meet current and future business needs.

**Ideal Candidate Profile — Preferred Experience:**

+ Proven experience in gift planning, estate planning, or related fundraising; working knowledge of bequests, beneficiary designations, charitable gift annuities, and other common vehicles
