Position Overview
We are hiring for Senior Development Manager - Public Sector with 5+ years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers to generate business opportunities.
- Identify, develop, and secure government projects by managing tendering, e-PADS, PPRA compliance, BOQ specifications, and procurement processes.
- Drive inclusion of company products on approved vendor/brand lists and influence specifications for government infrastructure projects.
- Monitor upcoming development projects, procurement plans, and tender opportunities while providing market intelligence and strategic insights.
