This role is ideal for a technologist with deep expertise in Verint AI and a strong understanding of enterprise voice ecosystems, including CISCO, Google Cloud, and NICE. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and digital engagement.
