ADP is hiring a Senior Developer to support platform services for ADP's premier Web and Mobile offerings. The role focuses on resiliency, security, and building solutions that help our customers save time, stay compliant, and manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ADP product owners to understand challenges in creating, upgrading, or augmenting products.
• Design technical solutions and guide a team of developers in implementation.
• Promote architectural initiatives that drive revenue and improve efficiency aligned with business strategy.
• Participate in daily Scrum to identify priorities within the current sprint or discuss new projects.
• Provide design guidance to developers; review code, refine as necessary, and code critical areas when needed.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and influence product success.
