Insight Global is seeking a Senior Developer – Exchange Encounters & Risk Adjustment (SQL / EDM) for a top healthcare client. This candidate will play a critical role in bringing encounter data processing in-house, transitioning away from a third-party vendor. They will work on building and managing ETL pipelines that transform SQL-based healthcare data into submission-ready formats using EDM tools. The ideal candidate brings strong SQL and SSIS experience, understands healthcare data structures (especially Medicare/Medicaid encounters), and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. This is a highly visible role focused on delivering a proof-of-concept implementation in one exchange market, with expansion planned across additional markets.

Day-to-Day:
Build and manage encounter submission files using EDM tools
