Description
We are seeking a Senior Desktop Support Technician to provide comprehensive end-user support across multiple locations. This role combines hands-on technical support with remote troubleshooting to ensure reliable, efficient technology operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically versatile, and capable of supporting a wide range of IT systems and infrastructure.
+ Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, including hardware and software deployments
