Position Overview
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide on-site technical support in customers office, diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical problems
- Provide technical support to VIP users
- Deployment, maintenance, upgrading and support of client computer systems (hardware, software, OS, etc.) and video conference systems
- Windows OS, AD, Office 365 configuration and administration, patching & file server management
- Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with excellent customer service, offering solutions to meet clients’ needs
- IT asset management and other adhoc duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field or equivalent in education and experience
- Knowledge in Cisco/Meraki/HPE routers, switch, access point
- Knowledge in Microsoft O365, Teams, AD and management tools
- Knowledge in APC, Apple, HP, Logitech, Poly products
