**Overview**

We create modern, high-impact web experiences across Windows, Surface, and Copilot where storytelling, interaction, and design craft come together to move people from curiosity to action.

We’re looking for a Senior Designer to lead the visual and interactive expression of these experiences. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can move seamlessly from concept to execution by combining design sensibility with front-end fluency.

You’ll define and build elegant, performant experiences across the customer journey and bring together systems thinking, motion, and modern web technologies. You’re hands-on, detail-obsessed, and comfortable working at the intersection of design and engineering. You also know how to leverage emerging AI tools to accelerate workflow without compromising craft.
