SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER REQUIRED ON PERMANENT BASIS IN NORTH WEST - MANCHESTER A MAIN CONTRACTOR

I am assisting my client with an exciting opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to join a leading main contractor. The business undertakes projects in various sectors including Commercial, Education and Defence with values ranging between £10m and £50m.

As Senior Design Manager you will be responsible for managing projects to ensure their safe completion, in accordance with programme, specification, and budget.

Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 + Package

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee design processes during pre-construction and, when necessary, construction phases. Analyse and interpret Employer's Requirements documents. Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive Contractor's Proposals.
