Senior Design Manager

North East England

Ideally, you will be based in or around the North East area and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites and projects in the Region.

What you will be doing

• Managing the relationships with the client, subcontractors, project and design teams for the efficient development and delivery of designs on a project or bid.
• Leading the design process in accordance with the Galliford Try Building Management System.
• Applying and monitoring compliance with CDM 2015 and the principle of prevention and safety in design.
• Identifying and mitigating design risk and realising opportunities through all stages of a bid or project.
• Assisting in the selection of designers for a project and ensuring competency checks are undertaken.
