An experienced leader of leaders, you will direct teams of design and analysis engineers to meet programme requirements and develop both the teams and their processes through continuous improvement, balancing capacity and capability with business demands. As part of the engineering leadership team you will be a key player in determining engineering strategy and influencing future business direction. Liaising closely with airworthiness, technology, development and programmes counterparts, you will lead a highly-skilled multi-disciplinary global engineering team to deliver business needs and achieve continuous process improvements.
