Position Overview
Responsibilities - Lead complex design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough design reviews, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and design flaws before prototyping.
- Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including schematics, specifications, and test reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—manufacturing, testing, etc.—to optimize designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field required.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in design engineering with a proven track record of successful projects.
