**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer orientated Senior Database Administrator to join our team supporting NSWC Corona Range Systems Department to manage Information Technology efforts in support of the Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN). This position will work from a government facility at Dam Neck, VA.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Database Design & Architecture: Develop and maintain complex database structures, schemas, and models (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
+ Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor, tune, and index databases for optimal speed and reliability, including query optimization.
+ Automation & Infrastructure: Build and manage database infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and develop automation tools to minimize manual work and downtime.
