We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Senior Data Scientist who can transform raw data into actionable insights, predictive models, and strategic dashboards that guide Product, Marketing, and Operations .
You will own data science initiatives end to end, from data ingestion and feature engineering to experimentation, model deployment, and production monitoring. The focus of this role is ad monetization and optimization , including ranking systems, bidding strategies, fraud detection, and user-value prediction.
This is a high-impact, senior role with direct exposure to executive leadership and a clear growth path toward Data Director , including ownership of roadmap, hiring, and mentorship.
