We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Corporate Applications & Development team within our Winnipeg or remote in Canada. This role serves as the technical leader enabling data science within the organization. The Senior Data Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing data pipelines and modeling-ready datasets that allow the Data Scientist to focus on analytics, modeling, and business insights. Working in close partnership with the Data Scientist, this role establishes scalable, governed, and production-ready data solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and AWS-based data platform capabilities. The position balances hands‑on engineering with technical leadership, ensuring the organization builds a strong foundation for advanced analytics and AI while maintaining a lean and pragmatic approach. The role is critical to ensure data science initiatives are productive from day one and scalable as demand grows.
