The Analytics and Insights team within Technology Infrastructure and Operations (TIO) delivers actionable reporting and insights on Elsevier’s technology infrastructure and operational performance. We support technology operations and infrastructure teams, Technology leadership, and wider business stakeholders with analytics on Elsevier’s technology estate, including our multi-cloud environment.
