Youll lead structured, high-value engagement, ensuring clients access the right expertise, achieve key milestones, and gain measurable impact.
You will take ownership of priority accounts, overseeing onboarding, needs assessment, action planning, and ongoing progress tracking. Acting as a senior escalation point, youll coordinate support across technical experts and partners while maintaining a consistently high-quality customer experience. Alongside this, youll mentor Customer Success Managers and help embed best practice across the team.
This is also a strategic role providing guidance to ventures on commercial pathways, aligning them with relevant programmes and opportunities, contributing to bid development, and sharing customer insight to shape future services.
