The Senior Customer Services Manager provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth of controls retrofit projects and postsales lifecycle management including technical support agreement training professional services renewals outcome attainment retention expansion and customer advocacy across the Gulf Turkey Pakistan and India subregion.
