Customer service cum admin
WhatsApp, call or email existing and potential customers to provide consultati on and propose solutions with the companyβs products & services. Serves customers by providing product and service information via phone, Wh atsApp, email, or social media. Assist in purchasing and logistics matters. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file d ocuments. Build relationships and understand customers' needs to encourage repeat bus iness. Print order sheets from company backend system. Schedule delivery routes for all orders placed by customers. Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of orders. Record Keeping. Maintain accurate records of all print orders, including specifications, completion dates, and delivery confirmations. Participate in company offline events and live (when necessary)
