Position Overview
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
• Serve as the central point of contact for customer quality topics, partnering with Sales, customers, and internal manufacturing teams to clearly define, assess, and resolve quality concerns.
• Gather, investigate, and analyze product performance and failure data, collaborating with Engineering and Manufacturing to develop structured failure analysis and corrective action plans.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Quality, Engineering, Production, and Sales to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions using structured problem‑solving approaches.
• Ensure customer feedback is clearly translated into actionable internal improvements through effective coordination and communication across teams.
