Our client is an exciting lifestyle brand in the beauty sector.


They are looking for a Senior CRM Manager on a maternity cover basis. You will report to the Global Marketing Director and lead a CRM Executive to develop the overall CRM strategy. You will be responsible for reporting, budget management, loyalty, and creating a seamless customer journey.


To be successful in this position you must have experience in managing individuals, have a data-driven mindset, and most importantly passion and proven experience in developing and delivering CRM strategy.
