We are looking for a Senior CRM Executive with a genuine passion for the entire customer journey to join our growing team. This role sits within our high performing CRM team and works closely with brand, ecommerce, customer experience and community to shape a cohesive, positive experience for our customers at every touchpoint from the first sign up form to long term loyalty, reviews and beyond. You'll take ownership of key parts of our CRM programme, mentor junior team brand members and bring fresh thinking to how we nurture and retain our customers.
