Stott & May are partnering with a well-known high street retailer to hire a Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager, supporting the continued growth of their digital function.
Location: London (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

The Role
Reporting into the Director of Ecommerce, this position will take full ownership of the customer marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading digital acquisition across channels such as paid search, SEO, affiliates, paid social, and display 
Developing and executing CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and long-term value 
Overseeing email marketing strategy, planning, and optimisation 
Using data and performance insights to inform decision-making and improve results
