Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare payment schedules and issue payments to vendors
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records
• Monitor and manage vendor credit limits
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
• Collaborate with the finance team on various ad hoc projects
