ROLE: Senior Creative Writer – Influencer Marketing
EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years

Job Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts, narratives, hooks, captions, scripts, and platform-first creator briefs.
Lead social-first thinking across Instagram (Reels), YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, podcasts, and branded IPs.
Partner with strategy, creator management, client servicing, and post-production teams to balance brand goals with creator authenticity.
Participate in brand pitch ideation and mentor/review junior writers to maintain creative consistency.
Stay deeply updated on digital culture, creator trends, meme culture, and evolving internet behaviours.

Job Requirements:

Proven agency background (influencer, digital, or integrated) with a strong portfolio of social campaigns and video scripts.
Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator behavior, social media culture, and brand tonality.
