**Job Summary**
Lead and manage investigations involving board of pharmacy and other pharmacy regulatory agency complaints and concerns, in coordination with field leadership.
+ Serve as legal point of contact for board of pharmacy and other pharmacy regulatory matters for a geographic area.
+ Advise on regulatory requirements impacting pharmacy operations and prescription fulfillment
+ Partner with cross-functional leaders to embed pharmacy regulatory compliance into business functions.
+ Conduct factual and legal research, review complaints, consent orders and settlement agreements and prepare responses to audits and investigations in coordination with leadership.
+ Serve as trusted legal advisor to business on complex, sensitive and high-risk matters.
+ Oversee and guide 50-state surveys conducted by paralegals
