Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to provide legal support for commercial transactions, energy trading activities, procurement, technology, logistics, and regulatory matters. This attorney will serve as a key legal advisor to commercial, supply, trading, risk, credit, compliance, and operational teams.


Key Responsibilities

+ Structure, draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial and energy-related agreements.

+ Advise business teams on legal risks, transaction structures, and commercial strategies related to energy supply, trading, transportation, storage, and logistics activities.

+ Negotiate and support physical and financial commodity transactions involving petroleum products, natural gas, power, environmental products, and related energy commodities.
